Using a "Home Tutor"

Tuition may be booked for individuals or small groups.

Lessons are normally 1 hour and run evenings and weekends through out the year. During the school holidays extra classes may be booked during week days.

Private tuition takes place in your own home. Revision classes run in local venues during Christmas and Easter holidays.

Tuition is flexible and is planned according to your own needs. Your tutor will help with your subject understanding, organisation, revision and exam preparation / technique. Tuition will be friendly and informal.

You do not have to book a minimum number of sessions - you can see how it goes. You will probably be surprised by how much you can cover in an hour with a tutor compared with a lesson in school. If you are just beginning a GCSE or A' Level course, one hour every two weeks will usually be enough. For students approaching their exams or with module resits, usually sessions are weekly (or more frequent should you require).
